Take 03 · How it works

From brief to post, in four steps.

  1. 01

    Brief

Tell me what the video has to do and where it will run. Two or three sentences are enough to start.

  2. 02

    Proposal within 24 hours

Scope, shot plan and price in writing. You approve before anything is booked.

  3. 03

    Shoot

Two people on site: Tomáš Berka directs and interviews, a camera operator films. People in front of the camera are prepared before it rolls.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Edits are quoted per deliverable and delivered on the dates in the proposal. Formats for every channel you post on.

Take 04 · Questions

What buyers ask before they start.

What do you need from us on site?

A contact person on site, access for the crew and your safety rules, which the crew follows. The dates, the shot plan and who appears on camera are set in the proposal.

Can you film a timelapse of the build?

Yes. The timelapse is planned in the proposal together with the shoot dates, so it and the site videos are made on the same visits.

Do you film with a drone?

Yes, where the site and the rules allow it. Drone footage is part of the TATRA BTW series for TATRA TRUCKS.

How long does it take?

Within 24 hours of your brief you get a proposal with scope, shot plan and price. After the last shoot day, standard delivery is 5 to 7 working days, express delivery 48 hours.

Where can we use the video?

Where the video will run is part of the brief, and the proposal lists the formats for each channel: LinkedIn, Instagram, your website, hiring or trade fairs.

Take 05 · Proposal

Tell me about the build and who should see it.

A two-person crew from Prague from 2 500 EUR per day excl. VAT, with travel and accommodation in Europe included. Flights outside Europe are extra. Post-production is quoted per deliverable. Within 24 hours of your enquiry you get a proposal with exact scope and price.
